Welcome to the Brokers section!  There are a variety of tools available for you to use when presenting The Choice Care Card to your clients.

The Savings Calculator allows you to generate a financial savings illustration for your groups.  It complements the Text Proposal that is generally used when an employer requests a formal written quote.

Click the Client Presentation button for a series of Powerpoint presentations that can be downloaded and tailored for use at client and employee meetings.   Enrollment Forms and Welcome Kits can also be downloaded to further support your employee education effort.
