Member Service Representative
Assist and educate our cardholders in understanding the complex regulations guiding consumer driven health plans, HRAs, FSAs, DCAs, etc.
The qualified candidate will be a team player that enjoys being in the center of the action. Our BUSY call center receives hundreds of calls a day, all of which require immediate attention. This entry level position requires excellent communication skills, PATIENCE, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. We will train the right candidate.
Account Installation Specialist
The installation department is responsible for setting up new clients that have signed up for The Choice Care Card as well as making changes to existing clients. The position involves contacting brokers & clients, creating plan documents, client agreements, updating databases, and implementing consumer driven health plans, HRAs, FSAs, DCAs, etc. for new enrollees.
The position requires a great attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. The qualified candidate will be a dedicated professional team player that enjoys an exciting, fast paced environment.
Substantiation Specialist
The Choice Care Card, the pioneering debit card-based HRA & FSA administrator, is recruiting for a person for our Substantiation Department.
We are looking a person who is committed to a standard of excellence and can provide extraordinary service to our members. Detail oriented, excellent writing and communication skills and innovative problem solving abilities are a must. This is a great position for someone who loves to solve puzzles.
The entry-level position job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Verifying charges according to the plan provisions
· Communicating daily progress
· Updating databases
· Assisting Members with questions regarding their transactions
Members of our Substantiation department have the additional benefit of having flexible start times.
Receipt Analyst
We are looking for the right person to approve transactions associated with Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Flexible Spending Accounts according to each companies plan provisions. These accounts are conveniently administered on our nationally recognized debit card.
This entry-level position requires good communication skills, self motivator, team player and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. We will train the right candidate.

Claims Analyst
The claims department in responsible for processing reimbursement claims for our consumer driven health plans, HRAs, FSAs, DCAs according to our plan provisions. We are looking for someone who can work individually, as well as in a team. Each analyst has a goal to meet daily.
This position requires superb communication and writing skills, self motivator, team player and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. We will train the right candidate.

Receptionist

Responsibilities include:
· saving incoming faxes
· printing and processing outgoing mailings
· directing incoming calls
· updating account information
· sorting, scanning, and processing mail

The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 7-3:30
