Member Service Representative  

We are looking for a person who is committed to a standard of excellence and can provide extraordinary service to our members. Superb phone mannerisms and innovative problem solving skills are a must. 

 

Our BUSY call center receives hundreds of calls a day, all of which require immediate attention.  The qualified candidate will be an empathic person who is fast on their feet, works well under pressure and who loves a challenge.  This entry level position requires excellent communication skills, PATIENCE, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.  If you are a team player who enjoys being in the center of the action, this position is right for you!  We will train the right candidate.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·         Assist and educate our cardholders in understanding the complex regulations guiding consumer driven health plans

·         Troubleshooting questions and concerns when speaking with members, providers and insurance companies

·         Determining what needs to be escalated to the appropriate department

·         Maintains a good understanding of the Company's products and processes and how members interact with these products and processes

 

 

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will be a professional team player, who has the ability to prioritize and remain organized in various functions. Commitment to accuracy and computer proficiency is a must. Education or previous experience is preferred.

 

The hours for this position will be 10-7 Monday -Thursday and 8-5 on Friday
