The Choice Care Card recently received the 7 th Annual Vermont Business Magazine's 5x5x5 Growth Award.  The VBM award celebrates the achievements of the top five businesses throughout Vermont in five different categories over the last five years based on growth.  Choice Care was presented with the award in the service sector at a ceremony at The Burlington Sheraton and Conference Center on September 15 th , 2009.
