FMLA Services Offered (Groups with 50+ employees)

Process Family Medical Leave requests, which include the following:
Evaluate all requests for leave to determine eligibility
Mail response form, along with Health Provider Certification form
Track receipt of documents
Track amount of leave time
Collect employee benefit contributions, if any, and forward to employer on a weekly, bi-weekly basis, etc. (depending on payroll frequency)
Mail status update forms, and track until employee returns to work or employment is terminated Develop employer policy in English and Spanish
