New Enhancements to the Login Section of the Members Page
Choice Care is pleased to rollout several enhancements to the member login section of our website. You will note the change to the look and feel of the login section of the site and
find it easier to navigate through the account information. Members will also be able to update some of their personal information on the site such as email address and banking
information for direct deposits. If you need help navigating through any of the enhancements please call member services at 888-278-2555, extension 2. Our staff will be
happy to help.
Two ways to Receive Quicker Reimbursement on Manually Submitted Claims
1. Employees can email claims to us at claims@choicecarecard.com
What this means for employees:
- An automated reply will be sent to the employees’s inbox to let them know that the claim has been received.
- Emails come in directly to our analysts so turnaround time on claims and receipts is faster.
- Analysts can communicate with employees through email letting them know when the claim or receipt has been processed or if any additional information is needed.
Look for the link under the members section of the website to upload claim documentation. Or, documentation can be uploaded directly at claims@choicecarecard.com
2. Dependent Care claims can be set up for automatic reimbursement.
- Employees who submit each week for day care reimbursement can be set up for automatic payment - no more claim forms to send in!
- All they need to do is an complete a Dependent Care Automatic Payment
Setup form which can be printed from the Member section of ChoiceCareCard.com and send it to us once each plan year.
Once setup, the employee will either receive a check or direct deposit automatically.
