Renewal Specialist

We are looking for a detail-orientated, analytical person to join our team! Members of the Renewal department are charged with ensuring all employer plans’ are renewed and participants have been enrolled with no lapse in coverage. This is a full time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Light database management
Update plan documents
Ensure plans are in compliance with plan documents and IRS regulations
Send Communications to Employers and Brokers
Administer and ensure smooth plan transitions
Enroll participants and distribute welcome material

Job requirements

The ideal candidate will be a professional team player who enjoys working in a fast paced office environment. The ability to multitask is a must. Candidates should be computer proficient. Excellent organization and communication skills are required for contacting employers and brokers. This position will be filled by someone who is dedicated to a standard of accuracy and can assume responsibility for the tasks assigned. This is an entry level position, however, education or previous experience is required.

Account Installation Specialist

We are looking for an Account Installation Specialist who will be responsible for setting up new clients with The Choice Care Card as well as modifying existing client information. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementing consumer driven health plans, HRAs, FSAs, DCAs, etc. for new clients.
Creating plan documents and client agreements
Updating databases
Ensure documents are updated and adhere to IRS regulations
Communicate with clients and brokers via phone and email.

Job Requirements:

Requires a dedicated and professional team player with great attention to detail and has the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent verbal and written skills are a must. Candidate should also have computer experience.

Member Service Representative

Entry level position in our BUSY call center is in need of a Member Service Representative who will assist and educate cardholders in the complex regulations guiding consumer driven health plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Maintain our exceptional level of customer service
Assist customers by phone and or email regarding their plans
Keep record of customer interactions
Follow up with members regarding account issues
Work with team members in other departments to resolve customer accounts

Job Requirements:

Qualified applicants must be a professional team player and prepared to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Candidate should possess exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak comfortably and clearly on the phone. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Computer proficiency is desired.

Receipts Specialist

The receipts department is hiring for entry level Receipt Specialist position to assist in adjudicating transactions associated with Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Flexible Spending Accounts in accordance to each companies plan provisions. This position has the additional benefit of potentially working flexible hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Organize and analyze incoming documentation
Authorize transactions within our computer platform
Contact members with additional questions or information regarding transactions
Determine eligible expenses and process according to IRS regulations

Job Requirements:

The perfect candidate will need to be a self motivated person to meet daily objectives. This applicant will also need to be a team player who pays special attention to detail, ability to multitask and be organized. Efficiency is extremely important in this position. Customer service experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Client Service Representative

We are looking for a Client Service Representative that thrives being in a fast paced environment to join our team! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for interaction with clients and brokers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing constant support to groups and brokers
Managing client relationships
Troubleshooting questions and concerns with assigned accounts
Maintaining a good understanding of the Company's products and processes and how agents/brokers interact with these products and processes

Associates who undertake this role must consistently demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing challenging environment while remaining professional at all times.

This is an entry level position that requires a significant amount of data entry. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be detail oriented, very organized, and able to multi-task.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enroll new employees in our Health Reimbursement Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and other pre tax savings accounts.
Ensure that information received is accurate
Issue debit cards to new employees
Assist in the distribution of enrollment material and information to said employees.
